Chris Lane was born and raised in Philadelphia and currently resides in the Northeast section of the city. He was attracted to the real estate industry first as a home owner, then as an investor.  He enjoys working with people and becoming a REALTOR® gave him that outlet.  He also liked the flexible work schedule and the opportunity for sustainable profit and rewards.  Chris heard about EXIT Realty from a co-worker who is also a current EXIT agent.  Once Chris received his license, he joined EXIT REALTY “The TRI-STATE Group” because of the wonderful opportunities they have to offer and the office environment.  

He specializes in Residential, Commercial, Land and REO (real estate owned) sales.  He is additionally very knowledgable in the process of completing Short Sales.  His other services include completing BPO's (Broker Price Opinions), assistance with loan modifications, & project/property management services.

During the 3 years he's been an agent at Exit Realty The TRI-STATE Group he has received numerous awards.  He is currently the agencies Top Listing Producer for the pass two consecutive years (08 & 09).  In additional, he has received multiple certificates reconizing his outstanding perfomance in the quantity of listings aqcuired monthly and Top Gross commissions.
